Okay, so perhaps I’m giving ‘You’re The Designers, We’re The Deciders’ by Not Advised short-shrift. But I went on their MySpace and was terrified by the youth of today. And I’m not even 25 years old.
When vocalist James Thomas spits the chorus lyrics out almost to fast for my ancient brain to comprehend them - “You’re the designers we’re the deciders, nothing will change our minds, well it’s up to us nothing you’ve got will ever make it right” – I have the sinister dread that it’s people like me he’s talking about. People too old and withered to get “it”.
