Credit: eh? is that cool?

So I get given this tune on the start of a new electro night, and I am in charge of the decks. OK, I am going to blind-play it to the fans of a Mull Historical Society show...and in the resulting silence, I think I can hear some crickets kick in. For some reason I think this is a sign of great things!

OK, since this is totally cheesy pop, maybe I should of introduced the crowd in in easy with some Mark Ronson. The Spice Girls-eque onslaught starts shifting the sensitive indie fans out of the venue. This would be a Geri lead song… She is dressed in full Union Jack Regalia then in a Sci-Fi Barberella outfit straddling a rocket ship. But this isn’t the Spice Girls, it is some naff outfit called Bodyrox that a probably the biggest thing to come out of Berlin since Ace of Base...

The beat is repetitive and uninventive doesn’t change from the two notes the entire track, I wonder if BodyRox ever bought 'NOW 94' and figured why push the envelope beyond this? The guest, Luciania, busting out a rap for us is pretty awful: totally sub-Robyn, Uffie, Product 01, etc. Fuck it, let's go back to the 80’s and watch J Trimm bust out how to do this properly:
