Berlin‘s Jeans Team release an anthemic laid back slab of indie-funk. Stapled to a repetitive baseline and a low thudding four four. Hooky, credible and genre dodging.
The My Robot Friend remix makes full use of the track innate funk, while working it through a thoroughly android work out. Faithful to the original version it builds from stripped back bass line to arms in the air full on sensory explosion and then peels back to solid dance floor bleep madness. Brilliant.
Finally Flash Atkins turns in a glorious downbeat version that should be rocking Sunday afternoons for time to come.
