I’ve been a big fan of Feeder- despite all the adversities they have been through they have become one of our coolest purveyors of power pop. All the classics are here from all 5 albums.
They are one of those bands that a lot of people say “never heard of them”- soon as you play a Feeder tune, the normal reaction is “Oh is that them”? For me their strongest album was Comfort in Sound- produced after a tragic loss in the band, this for me was their defining moment. Track for track it’s pretty faultless. I felt that the last studio album “Pushing the Senses” was a bit of a cautious moment despite one or two stand out tracks. However, I still think the future is bright for Feeder.
