Without doubt one of the best bands in the last 15 years, celebrate their career with this album and DVD covering the bands story from 1990 to today.  This all ties in nicely with a tour, that kicks off from the 23rd of this month.

This compilation covers their career across three labels, Beggars Banquet, Island and Sanctuary. I still clearly remember the tragic death of their keyboard player Rob Collins - I can’t believe it was 10 years ago! But where a lot of bands would sink by losing such an integral member of their sound- they have risen to even greater heights, and should be all the more applauded for doing so.

The eighteen tracks all have top 40 status and when you listen and reminisce – you can see why.

For me this band just never fail to deliver from the early trademark riffs of ‘The only one I know’, ‘Weirdo’, to  ‘North Country boy’, ‘Love is the key’, ‘Up at the lake’, hell I could go on forever- listen, if you don’t have any Charlatans in your collection, first of all, why the hell not? Secondly- the instant cure is to buy this and just treasure it.

Just a non stop barrage of classics!
