Country singer Wynonna Judd (sister of Hollywood-acting type, Ashley Judd), has filed for divorce after her husband was arrested in Texas over child sex offences last week. Her husband, Dan Roach, was arrested and charged on March 22 on three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a minor.

The pair have been married since 2003, and "irreconcilable differences" have been cited on their divorce papers. The coiple have been estranged since 18 February, and Roach checked into a rehab clinic on 21 February for treatment for drug and alcohol dependencies.
