Wembley concerts are now in doubt

"It's still too early to say when the stadium will be open," said Wembley's chief executive Michael Cunnah said this morning. Already prompting the FA Cup to be moved up to Cardiff for the sixth year running, now the big concerts booked in there are feeling the pinch.
With the completion of the stadium originally booked for Autumn 2005 the project is overunning indefinately. It now seems that big shows of Bon Jovi, Robbie Williams, Take That and the Rolling Stones now look as though they might be postponed or delayed.
