It seems it's that time of year that Reading & Leeds Festival are just about to be announced. Looking around the internet the web is awash with speculation of what artists are confirmed after the NME leaked some possible headliners back on the 8th February.

So a run down of the runners and rumours.

Getlive.co.uk the parent company of festival organisers the Mean Fiddler has marked Pearl Jam,  Franz Ferdinand, Arctic Monkeys, Kaiser Chiefs, Tool, Editors, Muse all as strongly rumoured.

Next up we have a similar line up from
Virtual Festivals website site the Headliners being the Arctic Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand, Kaiser Chiefs, Muse, Pearl Jam

Reading Festival fansite sites the usual suspects but has the Flaming Lips in there as well as Franz, Muse and Pearl Jam, Kaisers, Arctic Monkeys

So Pearl Jam and Tool are in the running, that would be stunning.
