Victor Edward Willis who used to be the cop in the band The Village People is facing charges of being in possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia and with providing false information to police by using a fake name.

The 54 year old co-writer of YMCA appeared in court on Monday in San Mateo County, California, on Monday.
