Tom Waits is bringing in strict rules on entry to his current US tour (his US tour, letmeoutthereouthere). Waits in conjuction with the venues & promoters are teaming up in an attempt to stop touting of the tickets.

First up all tickets for the shows must be obtained from the venue on the night of the performance, only the original buyet will be allowed to pick up the ticket and needs to show some photo ID as well as the credit card information to buy the tickets.
