Ticketmaster is actually moving foward after watching that barn door wave touts and scalps through years of online trading of concert and sports tickets.

 The company has launch a Beta version of it's Ticket Exchange program in the USA. The Ticket Exchange allows anyone to buy or sell tickets. Great idea, damn they beat Music Towers to it.
