It is a sign of you 'You've made it' when people care if your new album has been leaked online. The word from the far east is that the new The Shins album Wincing the Night Away is out online. Somebody somewhere leaked it last friday, even though it doesn't have a release date untill January 23rd. Their label Sub-Pop are said to be franctically trying to stop the spread of the illegal Mp3's.
