So Rage against the Machine aren't alone to reunite for Coachella. The Polo ground festival has also teased Jesus and Mary Chain to unite for another gig. It seems 2007 is turning out to be year of the reunion. Neil Finn from Crowed House certainly thinks so

"After spending most of last year making music and hanging out with my friend Nick Seymour we are now announcing our intention to reform Crowded House with a new record entitled 'Time On Earth'. It feels right to us that the band should re-emerge at this time and together with [guitarist] Mark Hart we look forward to reconnecting with the audience that we established and whom we still hold a deep respect"

Elsewhere (maybe Beverly Hills) Live Nation have apparently persuaded David Lee Roth and Eddie Van Halen to put back together the original lineup. Could be something to do with $40million dollars burying a bunch of hatchets.

But sit down we are not finished yet: Tim Booth from James was speaking to Xfm about reforming James "I don't really know. If you had asked me in the summer would James get back together I would have said absolutely not, not a chance. It was a load of synchronistic events that took place over about a month. I found myself in a room with Larry and Jimmy, instruments and microphones and we just started jamming. It was really fantastic, so we said 'Alright, let's see how this goes.' We didn't tell anyone, we didn't even tell our manager. But it went so well musically that we felt we had to see how far it could go".

Still more...
Police have previously been reported to be reforming: drummers around the world have rejoiced in open celebration.

Smashing Pumpkins have got Billy baldo back and are booking up their tour. Music Towers reckons they will play Reading Festival.

Phil Collins, Tony Banks and Mike Rutherford are reforming Genesis for a MASSIVE us tour this year. Wonder if they will get Peter Gabriel along at any point?

It doesn't stop there talk is about of a Jackson 5 gig and a murmer of  Dire Straits too.
