Kyle MacDonald started with one red paperclip on July 12th, 2005 and swapped it for a Pen on July 14th,. His mission? To create a chain of swaps that will end up in the ownership of a house.

Recently he was the proud owner of a sizable Cube Van which he has since traded with the Metalwork Studios in Toronto for a sizable recording contract.

So the what was a paperclip is now 30 hours in the studio, 50 hours of post production and a host of other supporting goodies and a ton of worldwide publicity.

So if you need to record an album, and want to do it in a first class studio in Canada and join the ranks of Prince, And you will know them by the Trail of the Dead, Cooper Temple Clause & Nelly Furtado please drop him a note and swap him something. How about some groupies? Or a signed guitar? or You'll play a concert booking? How about a distribution Contract?
