We wouldn't normally clog up our newsfeed with announced tour dates, but Rage Against The Machine shows are a little bit more special. In addition to headlining one day of this summer's Coachella festival, the agit-rock 4-piece have been added to the travelling Rock The Bells hip hop festival for three dates this summer.

Depressingly though, it appears likely that these shows, which will be headlined alongside the Wu-Tang Clan, will be the only other live dates RATM play this year. Rock The Bells organiser, Chang Weisberg, had this to say: "Rage will do four shows and just four in 2007. Coachella is first, that's the granddaddy. And now these three with the Wu-Tang Clan represent a very, very special thing".

Which kinda rains on the parade a bit of anyone holding out for a Carling Weekend comeback for the rap-rock pioneers. Balls.
