Michael Jackson is heading to the UK for his first public appearance in almost a decade. He will be appearing at the World Music Awards at Earl Court on November 15th to pick up the 'Diamond Award'. The World Music Awards honour only the biggest unit shifters rather then any judges or popular vote and the Diamond Award is only given to artists that have sold more than 100million records.
