Labour's Ben Chapman must of tried to buy a concert ticket recently as he made fresh demands for the added costs to a tickets face value to be spelt out.  Over-egging point just a bit the fella made the point in the House of Commons that the huge demand for tickets put agencies and venues in a "powerful position".

He went on

"Given the massive discrepancy between supply and demand it's paramount that we keep a careful check on those who, quite properly, seek to make commercial gain in this market."
