Long-term favourite of the California court system, Michael Jackson, looks set to be heading back to court today....this time for allegedly killing someone!

Enough of those dramatic exclamation marks - he's not up for murder or anything half as exciting. What has actually happened is the family on one Manuela Gomez Ruiz are sueing both Jackson and the Marian Medical Centre, where Ms Ruiz died of a heart attack in 2005.

The family allege that Ms Ruiz was moved, despite being in intensive care, to make room for the singer. Jackson had been scheduled to appear in court over alleged child abuse charges that day, but missed court due to "flu-like symptoms", for which he received treatment at the centre. Later that day, Ms Ruiz died from a heart attack.
