Elvis Presley impersonators beware. There is a a new owner of Presleys image a NYC business man that isn't too happy with you making a living off the man.
Billionaire American Idol owner Bob Sillerman paid 114 million dollars for an 85% stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises in 2005 and now controls everything about the King except his music.
Sillerman plans to open a Elvis cabaret show in Las Vegas and is intent preventing any one else dressing up like the the King.
If that wasn't enough to earn himself 30,000 Elvis Presely lookalikey enemies, Sillerman is also planning to demolish the legendary Heartbreak Hotel opposite Presley's Graceland home in Memphis, Tennessee, and replace it with two 400-room hotels, restaurants, shops and an amphitheatre and probably a starbucks.
