In 1994 the Beach Boys went to their lockup and found 13 of 25 of their boxes that they had put in storage ran by a Mr Gaba missing. The missing items turned up last October at UK auction house Cooper Owen.
The Auction was Cancelled and Roy Sciacca and Allan Gaba are now under scrutinisation as the Beach Boys attempt to claim $20m damages from the accused theft and sale for breaching the bands copyright, trademark & right of publicity.
