Maybe I am getting old, but I have never heard of this website - OiNK? Sounds like an 80's comic to me...

British and Dutch police have shut down one of the world's biggest sources of illegally-downloaded music, Oink.cd. A 24 year-old man from Middlesborough, has been arrested, and his flat and work had all been raided.

This website was members-only, and has apparently leaked 60 pre-release albums this year alone, according to the IFPI. The sites server sits over in Amsterdam, and the server company was raided by the Dutch authorities in a series of co-ordinated attacks.

All this would of seem out of this world a ten years ago these days it is daily news. While Music Towers don't believe in the criminalisation of people who aren't actually doing physical harm, they blatently knew it was wrong. We're just wondering why they didn't host and and run it all from Thailand or Russia. They can't have been all that clever.
