I saw this in the Metro on my way to work today, and it's just too good not to share with the wider world. Former royal Navy sailer, Paul Edis, was feeling suicidal after two failed marriages, having his £20,000 Royal Navy pay off tricked out of him by a conman, and then racking un £40,000 in debts. Things were not looking good for the Portsmouth resident.
'There was nothing left in life at all. Then I heard Michael Bolton singing 'When I'm Back On My Feet Again' on the radio. I could relate to the words. I played it morning, night, every day when I was really ill to give me strength. That song has played a part in my life ever since. It made me do something for myself, to get back on my feet."
He's even been invited to meet Bolton when he plays Portsmouth later in July. He's even started - and I shit thee not - started styling his hair like a classic Bolton mullet.
