How did you form the band and why 'hedron' has one of the band an unhealthy obsession with geometry or do you all fit together perfectly? We all met each other in a rehearsal studio in Glasgow. We were playing with different bands at the time. We got to know each other while we were taking breaks from rehearsals and thought it would be a good laugh to get some beers and have a jam. We were shocked at how we sounded when we played together and instantly knew that we should form a band. This first rehearsal shaped the sound of the band, it all seemed so natural.
How's Chi doing now? Chi's doing okay, she's just resting and waiting for an operation to fix her neck . Tell us about Gill - did she hit the ground running, how's she getting on?Gill is getting on amazingly. She has fitted into the band with absolute ease, we all feel like we've been playing in a band with her for ages!!! She is loving being in the band and performing live every night on tour. Talk us through the members of the band - who are your musical and nonmusical influences? Gill is the bass player - she likes bands like the Foo Fighters, Muse & Ash. Rosie is the guitarist and she likes bands like Muse, Marilyn Manson, Oasis. Soup is the drummer – she likes The Rolling Stones, The Clash, 60's rock n roll and Graham Coxon and I like Led Zeppelin, The Jam, Wolfmother to name but a few. I've seen lots of comparisons who do you like to be compared to?We like to be compared to a good night out resulting in a well deserved hangover!!! You are due to play canada and the us - what is your fanbase like there?We have lots of fans in Canada and the USA through our myspace. We are all so excited about going to these places to play live and get a chance to meet the people who buy our music in these countries. We are very hands on with our internet community and really enjoy chatting to everyone after our gigs! Who would you like to play with?We would love to play with The Rolling Stones, Graham Coxon, Muse, Foo Fighters......and too many more to mention!!! Any festivals on your wish list?We would love to play Glastonbury, Carling Weekend and V. We would also like to play T in the Park, Guilfest and Download again. Finally, how is the single heatseeker going?Heatseeker reached no 5 the the UK indie Charts!!!!
